Let me start off with how fast and efficient the people I dealt with was and professional and how kind they were To name Drop the ones that I can't say enough amazing and kind words about would be the manager Nakia as he helped anyway he could when it came to my situation that I had and didn't even give me any fuss or a hard time I truly appreciate him As for Kasiah she was friendly and always had a smile on her face Also Grant I want to thank you so much for helping and understanding the situation and able to help me you truly are amazing If anyone deals with the the name of the people I name dropped just know you will be taken care of and I 10 out of 10 recommend

Horrible service. Scheduled an appointment for 2:30, and they didn't even look at the tires until 4:30. Then they proceed to tell us that the tires are looking good, when we said at drop off there was a chunk sticking out of one tire and another had an apparent split. They took another look and said those tires need to be replaced. What do the guys actually do there? The one job is to actually inspect the tires thoroughly, and give advice on what to do. Not at all living up to what I'd expect from Costco.

These guys are a complete scam. You don’t have any warranty if your tires wear out quicker than they should! First, you will be blamed for not rotating (that was the first reaction I got from Nakia, until he figures out I did it 4 times in 32000 miles I used the tires for). When that doesn’t work, they will question alignment; which is OK but they (or Nakia) say “alignment can go bad the second you hit a pothole”. What is the point of warranty then, even though you do the rotations and alignments!? Nakia was very happy to find out I was ubering because of the sticker on my car, which apparently cancels the warranty all together after all that “no, we won’t help you at all-it is your fault” talk. (What is with ubering since the tire was done at 32000 miles instead of 65000?) They weren’t going to help me anyways, I’d been already told they wouldn’t even rotate my tires since my tires are going bad. I did talk to the Headquarters, and did talk to 2nd manager of the Henderson Costco location on the phone; no help at all, not that managers could do anything since the tires were used for Uber (again; why does that make a difference is beyond me). I got 4 new tires installed. A kid called and said that a plastic VW cover cap and a lug bolt were damaged. He tried to act like this was normal because my car was old. Another reputable shop had just checked out everything on this car. They told me if I bring in a lug bolt they can complete the installation. They lied. The manager Richard said if I bring a new lug bolt he can complete the installation and there is no damage to the wheel hub. They claimed that the lug bolt was mangled when they pulled it out. How is that possible? So I brought Richard a new bolt and he said the wheel hub hole is damaged and needs to be cleaned out. I asked him why he told me a few days earlier that there was no damage in the wheel hole? He said “ I was just hoping for the best”. He said he doesn’t want to pay for the damage they did because I have never been there before.

Good tire prices and Great service! Got 4 new tires mounted, balanced and installed on car. Had an appointment and all was done in barely an hour. Considering last time I got tires from Costco Maui took all day for tire installation it was impressive to get an appointment and fast turnaround in Henderson. Also love that tire warranty includes free rotations and inflation checks AND IS included with purchase. Thanks Costco Tire Center Henderson!!
